The president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association condemned a parole board’s ruling to release cop killer Herman Bell from prison who murdered two police officers.

Patrick Lynch declared his outrage at a news conference on Friday after Herman Bell was released from Shawangunk Correctional Facility.

Bell murdered two police officers in 1971 and served almost 45 years in prison for the slayings of officers Joseph Piagentini and Waverly Jones, according to the New York Daily News.

“The parole board has lost their g–damn humanity to think a murderer should walk the streets,” Lynch stated.

“I don’t want a murderer in my damn neighborhood,” Lynch added.

According to the New York Post, a parole board report said Bell’s confession of his crimes showed “maturation and insight.”

The Post also added that a group of appellate judges will hear arguments next week to put Bell back behind bars.
