A purported MS-13 member was recently arrested by Cobb County police in Georgia for a drive-by gang shooting case dating back to May.

Walter Alex Flores-Sanchez was booked Friday on various felony charges of aggravated assault and being a gang member, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

There is no indication if anyone was wounded during the May 8th drive-by shooting.

An arrest warrant indicated that several MS-13 members had a dispute with a suspected Crips member earlier that day.

Flores-Sanchez and other MS-13 members then went back to The Reserve at Windy Hill Apartments to track the rival gang member down.

From the back seat of the vehicle, Flores-Sanchez shot his pistol four times at the victim, who has only been described by authorities as a 15-year-old male.

After the incident, “several of the people in the vehicle displayed gang signs and cheered,” the warrant stated.

Officers said several juveniles witnessed the shooting and the incident partially caught on video from inside the car.

Detectives said Flores-Sanchez was identified as part of MS-13 by other gang members and was known by the nickname “El Adicto.”

He is in custody in Cobb jail without bond, where he also has a hold from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
