The brother of the woman who is engaged to hip-hop star DJ Khaled was fatally shot in an apartment in the Bronx.

Jonathan Tuck — who is the younger brother of Nicole Tuck, DJ Khaled’s fiancée — was trying to purchase marijuana when someone shot him in the face at approximately 9:15 p.m. on Sunday.

The 25-year-old victim died at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, the New York Daily News reported..

Authorities believe that Tuck, who was shot in a second-floor apartment got into a dispute with his attacker before the incident, but it’s not apparent if that conflict stemmed from the alleged marijuana deal.

“He’s a good guy,” Tuck’s friend, Brandon Davis, said.

Davis said he first met Tuck in 2011 when Tuck played defensive end for a youth football team.

The pair were supposed to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday night, but Tuck never came.

At 4 a.m. the next morning, Tuck’s girlfriend called him with the heartbreaking news.

“All I can think about is, I’m celebrating football and my friend is across town dying,” Davis added.

Tuck and his sister were close, according to Davis said, though he did not indicate how Nicole or DJ Khaled were dealing with the tragedy.

DJ Khaled was in Minneapolis for the big game when Tuck was murdered.

Police sources said Nicole Tuck and her mother raced to the Bronx after getting the news of the shooting.

Loved ones crowded Tuck’s apartment on Monday to mourn his passing.

“He was a good man. He leaves a daughter. . . . was working overnight stock in New Jersey,” one friend, who wished to remain anonymous, said. “We’re hurting. We’re devastated.”

Officers questioned a 34-year-old man on Sunday. As of Tuesday, no one had been charged with Tuck’s slaying.
