A man in Florida became so enraged when his girlfriend started trash-talking Tom Brady, he shoved her onto a bed and allegedly hit her in the mouth on Super Bowl Sunday.

Palmetto Police said 39-year-old Allen Tusing was watching the Super Bowl at the couple’s residence when the woman started making “provocative comments” about Tom Brady.

The football fan reportedly flew into a fit of fury, broke a plate of food on the floor, forced his 39-year-old girlfriend onto the bed — and held her hands down, the Smoking Gun reported.

Police officials said Tusing then struck her on the right side of her mouth and shouted, “‘I’ll hit you again!’” his son, who observed the wild outburst, told authorities.

Tusing left after the assault, came home at roughly 10:30 pm and was taken into custody on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

It remains unclear what the woman said about Brady. However, Tusing isn’t the only Florida football fan who lashed out at their lover over the Superbowl.

Ponte Vedra Beach Police arrest 60-year-old Cheryl Merrill, 60, for throwing a wooden shelf at her boyfriend during an argument about who would win the game.

The woman was “extremely intoxicated,” according to authorities.
