A JetBlue flight bound for New York City was forced to make an emergency landing after a drunk passenger caressed the back of a fellow passenger’s head, threw snacks, and even kicked a flight attendant, federal court documents indicated.

Robin Ducore was departing from the Dominican Republic on July 29th when she chugged three glasses of white wine and started “flirtatiously” fondling the male traveler’s head, a criminal indictment unsealed this week and other court documents revealed.

According to NBC New York, when a flight attendant attempted to sober the woman up with snacks and water, she angry, cursed loudly and threw the snack across the plane.

The 30-year-old New Jersey woman was charged with interfering with flight crew members and is due to face court in Virginia this week

The flight attendant then placed Ducore in “flex cuff” restraints, which she reportedly “broke out them” and prompted her to kick the attendant in the leg and shout “f—king asshole!”

Concerned that the out of control drunk passenger might hurt another traveler, the attendant ordered the plane to conduct an emergency landing of Flight 1528 at Washington Dulles International Airport.

Ducore “assaulted and intimidated the flight attendants and crew members” with “disruptive and hostile behavior,” the indictment, which was unsealed Wednesday, states.

She has been charged with interfering with crew members and attendants and faces up to 20 years behind bars.

The woman has been released on bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on February 16th.
