A youth counselor at a juvenile center in Iowa reportedly assisted three minors in their attempts to escape — and she had a sexual relationship with one of them.

On Thursday, 19-year-old Hannah Rose Fitzpatrick was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct with an offender in her custody while employed at the Four Oaks juvenile facility in Davenport.

Officials allege that the woman helped the three minors in their escape in early February by bringing them from the facility to another area in town, The Globe Gazette reported.

The counselor then took part in sexual activity with one of them.

Fitzpatrick reportedly admitted to police that she had a sexual relationship with the minor.

She was booked into the Scott County Jail, where she was later released on a $2,000 bond.

If found guilty, she could face up to two years behind bars.
