Attorneys for President Donald Trump are seeking a multi-million dollar lawsuit against adult actress Stormy Daniels, for violating a non-disclosure agreement.

Daniels claims she and Trump had a fling before he became U.S. President.

Michael Cohen, Trump’s lawyer, filed court documents Friday seeking to move the case from a state court to a federal court in Los Angeles and claims the porn actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford could owe more than $20 million in damages.

Daniels has sought to invalidate the non-disclosure agreement and even offered to repay the $130,000 she received to remain silent about the sexual tryst between her and Trump.

Court documents accuse Stormy Daniels of violating the NDA she had signed before the 2016 Presidential election over 20 times, The Associated Press reports

In separate court documents, attorneys for Trump said they would join a request to have an arbitrator decide the case.

Michael Avenatti, Clifford’s attorney, said having the matter decided in private arbitration is an “attempt to “thus hiding the truth from the public.”

Avenatti also claimed his client was “physically threatened,” but refused to comment on whether the threats came directly from the White House, Trump campaign or the Trump Organization.
