Authorities arrested two Brooklyn men in connection with a $1 million jewelry store heist in suburban New York City,

Police in Westchester County says two thieves identified as Kevin Lyde and Kevin Young cut a hole in the roof and descended into New Rochelle Coin Stamp & Jewelers at around 4 a.m. on Feb. 2, according to the Journal News .

The two 55-year-old  men were arrested by New Rochelle Police early Friday morning for their roles in the jewelry store heist.

Both suspects were awaiting arraignment Friday on charges of felony first-degree grand larceny and third-degree burglary.

Officials said a third suspect was still being sought.

Additionally, police in nearby Port Chester, New York and Bergen County, New Jersey, are investigating whether the suspects are  tied to other robberies in those areas.
