Rapper Chief Keef is off the hook after his former music producer alleged that Keef broke into his house before he beat up and robbed him with an AK-47 in his hand.

According to court records, prosecutors chose not to pursue with charges against Chief and other suspects who were present during the dispute in 2017, because there were serious issues with critical witnesses.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Chief’s former producer, Ramsay Tha Great — who publicly blamed Chief Keef for the crime — has since been found guilty on charges of pimping and human trafficking and is serving a ten-year sentence.

Additionally, another important witness, who was also allegedly robbed, has fallen off the radar after he first cooperated with authorities. After weighing the potential issues, the District Attorney’s Office concluded that there is not enough evidence to proceed.

Chief was apprehended last January after authorities searched his residence after securing a warrant in connection with the case. Ramsay went on social media at the time to outline the alleged assault.
