South Carolina authorities have recently taken into custody a “serial flasher” on indecent exposure charges for the 12th time.

The suspect, who has been identified as 46-year-old Tavarus Dallas Rogers, reportedly exposed himself to a female co-worker and was taken into custody on April 27th.

Rogers was already a registered sex offender who serves jail time on weekends for a previous indecent exposure conviction, The State newspaper reported.

The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office indicated that Rogers most recently revealed himself to the woman in a remote section of the building in which they were employed.

He was booked into the Kershaw County Detention Center, where he remained in custody on a $10,000 bond.
