Texas Police charge Cy-Fair ISD teacher Justin Washington with giving student drugs and an STD

A Texas teacher is accused of taking a student’s virginity and giving her an STD.

On Wednesday, 26-year-old Justin Washington was arrested for allegedly having “a fling” with a Cy Creek High School student and giving her drugs.

Washington was working as a middle school teacher in the district when he became involved in a sexual relationship with the 18-year-old student last September.

The two reportedly had sex at least four different times at motels and his apartment.

The Hamilton Middle School educator told authorities that he wasn’t aware in the beginning that the teen was a student in the district, KHOU reported.

Authorities were contacted after the student told another teacher that Washington had sexually assaulted her.

The teen told investigators that she knew he gave her an STD since she was a virgin when they first met.

“I wanted to be loved, and I don’t know why, I wanted it from him,” the victim said. “He acted like he wanted to be there for me.”

Washington admitted to the sexual tryst and said he knew that teachers were legally forbidden from having relationships with students.

He is facing felony charges for participating in an improper relationship with a student.

Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District officials said Washington resigned after the allegations surfaced.

“We were concerned by allegations of an inappropriate relationship between a middle school staff member and a high school student,” a spokesperson said to the Houston Chronicle. “The staff member was removed from the campus and has since resigned. Cooperating with law enforcement, a thorough investigation led to an off-campus arrest.”
