A North Carolina woman faces sexual assault charges after she forced a cable repairman to let her perform a sexual act on him.

Mildred Newsome, 47, was taken into custody after a probe into the man’s allegations following the April 20th repair call at her apartment, Fayetteville Sergeant Shawn Strepay told The New York Post.

“The cable guy was there to work on her box, and while waiting for it to reset, she came over, grabbed his hand and forcefully placed his hand on her breast,” Strepay stated.

According to the Fayetteville Observer, the anonymous technician, who was in his 30s, attempted to resist Newsome’s “unwanted advance,” but she continued and carried out oral sex on him.

Law enforcement officials said Newsome then told the repairman that she would “turn the story ” if he reported the assault to authorities, claiming she would tell police that he was the aggressor.

“When he was able to get out of the home, he reported it the same day, shortly after the event took place,” he added.

The woman, who is facing two felony counts of sexual assault including second-degree forcible sexual offense and one misdemeanor of sexual battery, has been released after she posted bail.
