Authorities revealed that a 9-year-old girl used a phone app to send a bomb threat to an elementary school in Pennsylvania last month.

State officials in Westmoreland County said the threat against Yough’s H.W. Good Elementary School was made on May 26th using a popular children’s gaming site.

Police identified a suspect and ascertained that the bomb threat wasn’t credible, Triblive.com reported.

Superintendent Janet Sardon said the child will face disciplinary action when she comes back to school in August but refused to indicate whether she will be suspended. Sardon said the district sent parents a letter regarding the incident.
