On Monday, three purported members of the Trinitarios gang who have charged with the horrific murder of Bronx teen Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz surrendered their right to testify before a grand jury — as police sources indicated investigators are having difficulty getting the accused to flip on each other.

The alleged ringleader, 29-year-old Diego Suero, and henchmen 26-year-old Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, and 21-year-old Danilo Payamps-Pacheco briefly appeared in Bronx court to declare that they refuse to provide evidence against their fellow gang members, the New York Post reports.

Twelve men have been taken into custody in connection with the case.

According to a law enforcement source, none of the suspects are cooperating with authorities.

Three of the accused are all by themselves in a 50-cell unit at Rikers Island after they receive death threats.
