A man who was busted in the nude in a Planet Fitness gym thought he’d be able to get away with it because the facility refers to itself a “judgment-free zone.”

On Sunday, 34-year-old Eric Stagno, of Massachusetts, was taken into custody at a Planet Fitness in Plaistow, N.H., after gymgoers noticed that he was working out in the nude, according to the NECN.

Plaistow Captain Brett Morgan said officers were sent to the Planet Fitness location after they received a call from witnesses that said, “the guy walked in, stripped down right there, left clothes and belongings at the desk, walked back and forth across the gym a couple of times and settled in at the yoga mats.”

Morgan noted that the man was in a “yoga-type pose” when police arrived at the gym.

The man allegedly claimed that “he thought it was a judgment-free zone, presumably referencing [the gym’s] slogan.”

Gym patrons reported feeling “sick,” “unsafe” and “disgusted” by Stagno’s alleged behavior.

Stagno was arrested without issue and was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, and disorderly conductt.

He was released after he posted $1,000 bail and is set to appear in court on September 21st.
