The brother of a top regional prosecutor in the Mexican border state of Coahuila is facing charges after state authorities took him and another man into custody after they were busted moving over 77 pounds of marijuana.

According to local reports, the arrest occurred in the rural area of La Cuchilla near the city of Muzquiz. State officers with the Fuerza Coahuila special unit apprehended Sergio Javier Garza Gandara and another individual during a traffic stop.
