A motorist in Kentucky reportedly neglected to follow orders and led police on a chase before he defecated in the back of a patrol vehicle after he was finally arrested.

Darren Gene Blankenship said he failed reused to pull over last week Tuesday on US 23 in Paintsville because he had to use the bathroom, according to news station WYMT.

Authorities pursuing his Dodge were responding to multiple 911 calls about a driver opening fire into the air with a gun and aiming at a pickup truck.

When they attempted to stop Blankenship, he sped away, made a turn and then abruptly pulled into a driveway.

Officers jumped out of their cruiser and directed the driver to lay on the floor.

Blankenship, however, reportedly refused to get on his stomach and officers requested backup. Another officer then forced him to the ground and placed cuffs on him.

While resisting arrest, Blankenship threatened and kicked an officer in the shin.

Blankenship told the cops that he didn’t stop because he had to go to the bathroom.

He then reportedly defecated two times in the back of the patrol cruiser.

Blankenship was charged with fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and making terroristic threats.
