Authorities in New York charge Bloods gang member with sex trafficking

Authorities New York charged a member of the Bloods gang on Long Island with sex trafficking offenses.

Suffolk County Police officers arrested 32-year-old Abiodum Adeleke at a Holiday Inn in Plainview on Friday.

Police officials said a three-month investigation revealed that Adeleke used violence and threats to force women into prostitution.

Cops say the Deer Park resident also plied women with drugs.

Officials revealed that Adeleke is a documented member of the violent Bloods gang, News12 reported.

The gang member appeared for his arraignment Saturday where he was charged multiple counts of sex trafficking along with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

It’s not known if he has an attorney who could comment on the charges.
