On Wednesday, a judge ordered the deportation of Joe Giudice, who starred alongside wife Teresa on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” to his native Italy upon completion of his prison sentence.

“Immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Giuseppe Giudice removed from the U.S.,” Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court’s press secretary told Page Six.

Joe Giudice has 30 days to file an appeal on the ruling. He is scheduled to be released from custody on March 14, 2019, according to records obtained from the Bureau of Prisons.

Joe and Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014.

Teresa completed an 11-month sentence at FCI Danbury in 2015 and Joe is serving 41-months at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania.

He first served his sentence at FCI Fort Dix Federal prison in New Jersey but complained that he couldn’t take part in an alcohol treatment program because of a detainer on him.

The couple’s 2009 bankruptcy case was dropped in June, and they intend on remaining together with their four daughters, Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, 9.

“Teresa is not talking about divorce, she is not thinking divorce, and she’s not filing for divorce,” the “RHONJ” star’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., said. “It’s not happening. I can’t be more clear about it.”
